My company provides tech support services to small businesses and companies both inside and outside Israel.

The company is over ten years old and growing, so I am looking for a professional, highly service-orientated person to help me take the company to the next level.

Currently this is a freelance role so you will need to be prepared to open your own business entity with the Israel tax authority. This is purely for accounting purposes since you will not be a full time employee in the early stages

In the beginning you will be providing tech support and services to my clients on site in their offices in Israel and online to a mix of Israel and global clients. In the future you will help me co-manage the business as we grow the company further.

I will train you and and help you build a career in the Tech support and tech services field in Israel.

Willing to start as a Freelancer

Able to work on an hourly payment structure initially

Able to commit to a 3 month trial period

Native English speaker – clearly spoken

A tech support background (1-2 years) preferable

Highly Service Orientated

Desire to work in the tech support field in Israel and internationally

Great communicator

Very patient

Work well under pressure

Great attention to details

Ability to work alone (when required – only after trial period)

Hebrew is not necessary as all communication is English
