The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company. Duties include overseeing the HR functions of hiring and onboarding new staff, as well as directing the sales, marketing and administrative teams.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of managerial experience and be able to implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure company growth and client satisfaction and retention.
