Convergence is seeking to expand its team of recruiters servicing our U.S. based clients in the Healthcare industry

The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff for our U.S. clients. As a recruiter you will participate in facilitating the entire staffing process from sourcing, filtering, and interviewing potential candidates.

Qualifications:

✅ Native or bilingual level of English

✅ Great customer service skills

✅ Basic skills in Microsoft office, experience using CRM a big plus

✅ Experience servicing clients; sales/cs/etc.

✅ Prior experience in recruitment a big plus

✅ Registered to work legally in Israel

Compensation ranges between 7,500 – 8,500 based on experience + bonuses
