Hi, my name is Natan Nagar!

I’m originally from Chicago, now from Chaifa, and have been here in Israel for 10 years. I am a mortgage broker by profession, long enough to have learned the system, and build my clients mortgages that work for them. Whereas in the States that amounts to a fixed rate mortgage, here in Israel mortgages are a bit more intricate. I say a bit, because I take the time to sit and explain everything, and I have yet to have a client who didn’t have their questions answered in such a way that they fully understand their situation.

I’m sure there are lots of frequently asked questions, and for that feel free to reach out, however you should know that recently there has been an explosion in the mortgages market.

Whether you are retired with little income, don’t have a large enough down-payment and in need of better LTV options, pre-Aliyah and not yet an Israeli citizen, or in need of guarantors, the market has become more and more adept at finding ways and financial instruments to meet people’s needs.
